                                        BLOCK TIME RULES AND PROCEDURES

Block-time is prepaid rent for the specified aircraft at a rate that reflects the proportionate savings from advance reservations due to an aircraft’s fixed annual overhead. Block time is available in 25, 50, and 100-hour blocks for flight by one individual, firm, or agency to be completed within a year from the purchase. Block-time may be subject to sales tax and fuel surcharges, which may be charged against the block-time account, proportionately reducing the hours available. The specifics of this agreement are as follows:
                                        1. Block time is for the non-exclusive use of a specific make and model of aircraft
                                        2. Block time cost is paid in advance and non-refundable after the time begins
                                        3. Block time is non-cumulative; previous time can’t be added to a new block
                                        4. Purchase of 100-hours can be apportioned to two different make and model of aircraft
                                        5. Block time is non-transferable, and all unused time will be forfeited one year after purchase
                                        6. Other discounts do not apply to the block time purchases
